Great restaurant & bar scene nearby. The Building: 4th floor, open-plan, bright & sunny. Bay & downtown views. Carpeted living areas, linoleum in kitchen/dining/bathroom. Well-maintained, clean and peaceful. On-Site Amenities: Basic gym, washer/dryers (app-based payment), recreation room, underground/secure parking.

The space

Your Room: Queen bed, side tables, blackout & light-filtering blinds, mirrored closet with inbuilt organizer. Your Bathroom: Private, adjacent to room. Included: - WIFI, electric & water - Duvet insert & pillows (available if needed) - Access to kitchen items (pots, pans, utensils, etc.) - One shared parking spot (i RARELY use it) Your Responsibility: - All laundering & linen replacement at your own expense - Keep your space and shared spaces hygienic and tidy Neighborhood: Central Pacific Beach location where you can walk to everything. The beach is across the street, the bay is two blocks away, and a grocery store out our front door! There is a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, chill and lively bars, all within a short walk. Other San Diego neighborhoods are also just a short drive away, making it easy and convenient to get around.
