The property is a quaint cottage at the beach with two bedrooms, a shared bath, full kitchen, wifi, and great neighbors. The home is 1,300-square-feet and has a washer and dryer on-site that is shared with two other cottages. The home is kept clean and organized daily. No pets, non-smoking. Available for 1- to 6-month stays only.

The space

The room is in a two-bedroom cottage and features a queen-sized bed, a closet, full-length mirror, nightstand and small dresser. Bathroom is shared. The living room includes a TV with Hulu, Netflix, Prime, HBO, and Peacock. Neighborhood: Ocean Beach is a quintessential beach town in San Diego. The kind of place where everyone knows each other. I've lived here nearly 16 years and everything you could need is within walking distance: grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies, boutique shops, a fire station, library, etc.
