The beach is just steps away and the town of OB is right there, full of restaurants, fun bars, cool shops and great coffee. The weekly farmers market is a lively event that falls on Wednesdays from 4-8pm with extended summer hours. Ocean Beach offers a wide array of different kinds of beaches. From open sandy beaches steps from town to private cliff-surrounded beaches that are harder to access but offer a rush of adventure to your day. Walk or ride bikes to Sunset Cliffs and see one of San Diego's most prized views, as the name suggests, it's the best place in San Diego to catch amazing sunsets. The huge cliffs are fun to climb all over and the waves splash against the cliffs making rainbows and ocean mist. The neighborhood views will blow your socks off. You can literally see everything.
