Large one bedroom unit in a duplex with ocean view. Located 3 blocks from the ocean and walking distance from shops, restaurants, local coffee, and breweries. Off street covered parking, laundry located on site, and has rolling gates to keep dog contained with doors open. Upstairs room is very big with workspace that has fast AT&T fiber. Lots of windows and both floors have mini splits to give AC and heat the rare occasions it is needed. Downstairs sofa is a pull out for extra guest bed.
