The house has 2 levels, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two dedicated study spaces, and an open-plan living area, full of warmth and character. Located in a central San Diego neighborhood, were are close to major hospitals, freeways, Balboa Park, and the San Diego Zoo. Some of San Diegos best bars, coffee shops, and restaurants are also within walking distance, so you can enjoy the best of the city right on your doorstep. But what makes this home truly unique is its setting. Nestled alongside a beautiful canyon, it offers the rare pleasure of feeling immersed in nature while still being right in the heart of the city.
