Nicely appointed 2 bedroom/1 bathroom home with large living room, decent sized dining room and newly remodeled kitchen. Stocked for use as an AirBnb but looking for longer term rentals. All utilities (extra $400/month charge for EV vehicles if charging at the home) and gardener are included in the rent price and the home has a nice, large fully fenced backyard.

Beautifully appointed 1920s era home with hardwood floors, newly updated kitchen and bathroom. On site parking (2 spaces) and fully fenced grassy backyard. Washer and dryer (along with lots of storage space) in the garage. Utilities included ($400/month fee if you plan to charge an EV).
