ADU · 780 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

The guesthouse was just built at the end of 2022. It provides a very comfortable open layout with a full kitchen, living room with vaulted ceiling, bathroom, and a bedroom upstairs. The living room has a comfortable couch, a 65 wall-mounted Smart TV, two giant bi-folding doors that look out into the shared backyard with swimming pool, and windows that provide plenty of breeze and natural light to every room in the house. In the bedroom is a queen bed and a nice sized closet. Two separate mini-split units provide heating and A/C throughout the unit. There are custom blinds on all windows and glass doors (installed after photos). Note: there is no dining table, the kitchen island has 3 seats for eating. The backyard is shared with a craftsman home, but the guest house stands separate. There is a second home on the property with 2 school age children. Please note the children may make some noise during the daylight hours. Guests are encouraged to be quiet and respectful at all times.
