This home feels much more like a house than a typical apartment. The building was originally a 2-story home converted to an upstairs & downstairs duplex. This unit is on the 1st floor, and was previously the property owner's residence. We share a patio with the upstairs tenants only. Our unit faces the street, and there's an additional 4-unit complex in the back. We have our own in-unit washer and dryer conveniently located in the kitchen, while other residents share an on-site laundry room conjoined with the back of our unit. We are 2 blocks away from bus #11, Park Blvd businesses, and the famed University Heights neon sign, within close walking distance to Trolley Barn Park, a 15-min walk to Sprouts, and a 25-min walk to Trader Joe's and Ralph's.
