Quiet corner lot in an old established neighborhood. My three bedroom home sits close to Rose Canyon hiking trails, coffee shops, Pilates studio, grocery stores, nail salons and Thursday late afternoon jazz concerts outside on my neighbors porch during COVID, they have continued this beautiful tradition post COVID.
