Our new, private, ground floor studio apartment features brand new appliances and furniture (including a queen size bed) and a walk-in closet with shelving and drawers convenient for long term guests. The studio itself is 200 square feet, and renters have priority access to our ground floor patio, which features a 4-person dining table, umbrella, and new gas grill. We are seconds from a local bus stop, the beach, dozens of fun restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and other amenities, including Belmont Park a local theme park. Basic toiletries are provided upon reasonable request. Onsite laundry can be pre-arranged as the washer and dryer are in our private garage. There is a convenient laundromat within walking distance, as well. The kitchen includes a new two-burner induction stovetop, full-size fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, mini air fryer, small crock pot, pots, pans, and dining ware. If you need something, feel free to ask. We might have something extra upstairs. We live on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the home and like to support our guests however we can. Just send a text. :) Renters have complimentary access to our paddle boards, boogie boards, and other beach gear, as well.
