Enjoy a spacious, fully furnished primary suite in our recently renovated, bright and welcoming San Diego condo. We live here approximately three-quarters of the time and spend the remainder at our Big Bear home, so you'll typically have the entire condo to yourself about one week each month. The condo is an 884-square-foot end unit with extra windows that bring in wonderful natural light. It features new vinyl plank flooring downstairs, brand-new carpet upstairs, and newly installed mini-split heating and air-conditioning systems in both your bedroom and the main living area. An assigned parking space provides easy access to the unit. Your Private Space You'll have the spacious primary bedroom, which includes: Queen-size bed Two large closets Private balcony - pretty views Small television Room for a desk Newly installed mini-split for individual temperature control The primary bathroom is located immediately outside your bedroom. Because the downstairs bathroom is a half bath, we use the shower in the primary bathroom when we are home. We shower around your schedule, use our own downstairs restroom, and keep all of our toiletries and personal belongings downstairs-allowing the primary bedroom and its storage areas to remain entirely your personal space. Shared Living Areas Downstairs, you'll have full access to the renovated kitchen, comfortable living room with a larger television, dining area, half bathroom, and an additional balcony. We keep the smaller upstairs bedroom for ourselves and for storing some of our belongings. The stacked washer and dryer are located in that room, but you're welcome to do laundry whenever needed. Our door is always open for laundry access. We're outgoing, social, easygoing, and love the outdoors-especially skiing and hiking. We're looking for someone who will enjoy sharing a clean, comfortable, and peaceful home.
