It's a 2 story townhome with stairs up to your bedroom. The upstairs bathroom has a bath/shower and is shared with us. We also have a separate half-bath downstairs. Please feel at ease to relax and chat with us in our comfortable sitting room. We have a nice balcony with flowering plants. You can use the neighborhood pool, jacuzzi and sauna. You will also have access to our pickleball and tennis courts. It's great to walk around the beautifully landscaped neighborhood to the green belt with breezy views over Mission Valley, so relaxing after a busy day. We love living here and are sure that you'll love it too! Public transportation: Bus stop is 0.2 miles, trolley station is 1.9 miles away. Easy freeway access to 163, 805, I-5, I-8. Free street parking.

The space

This is a nice single room for one person. Double sleigh bed with cozy duvet and pretty quilt, large table, lamps and closet space. The closet has shelves, shoe storage and hangers. Bookshelf with storage bins. I provide towels and all bedding. Two corner windows look out onto trees and make the room very bright and sunny. Bathroom: towel bars, soap and shampoo, locking door, storage drawer, shower and bath. We have a well equipped kitchen and you will have space in the fridge for your food. Neighborhood: This is a very quiet and peaceful area with easy freeway access and only 15 minutes drive from the beach or downtown. Tall trees and birds make it feel relaxing - watch the squirrels scamper up the trees and listen for the owl at night! There are lots of flowering trees and nice landscaping. You will be close to downtown, USD, shops, Convention Center, beaches and Old Town. Enjoy staying in a very safe neighborhood which is close to all that San Diego has to offer.
