Comfortable & clean with everything you need. Located in an amazing area in the heart of San Diego. Close to interstates, hospitals, beaches, the zoo and Balboa park. Located about two blocks from the newly renovated Lafayette Hotel. Enjoy shopping, restaurants and being close to everything in general! You will LOVE the location of the cottage the most! The charming old craftsman has many unique original characteristics from original hardwood floors to retro tiled countertops. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. You have a new mattress and pillows which are comfortable for a great night's rest. The two couches are comfortable and large enough to spread out on. There are two TV's equipped with streaming through Chromecast, SmartTV or Fire Stick. The circular flow of the home makes it feel larger than it sits while the numerous windows allow you to enjoy San Diego's sun and ocean breeze. You will enjoy the private yard to soak up the sunshine or wind down for the evening. Only a short jaunt to numerous restaurants and shops. Enjoy the nearby Hillcrest farmers market every Sunday. You are only minutes from the interstate and a short drive to the beach or downtown.

The space

Monthly listing price includes rent, all utilities and Wi-Fi. You will have a private driveway and fenced backyard. The older washer and dryer work for small loads but there are many laundromats nearby, some offering affordable drop off- wash and fold service. There is a $49 background check fee associated with the application, completed online in a couple of minutes.
