400 square foot studio/cottage with 10 foot ceilings, which makes the space seem so much larger. Flat screen T.V., WiFi, Full kitchen. Great view - especially the night time view. Magical outside lighting. Lots of trees, flowers, plants, hummingbirds, butterflies and bees, also a few skunks, opossums and coyotes. Very private with no neighbors next to the cottage. We are 8 miles east of downtown San Diego just east of Lemon Grove. Our property is zoned agricultural with a 1/2 acre minimum lot size. As a result we have a country feel, but very close to the City. We actually had a peacock making the rounds of the neighborhood as of this writing. Our closest beach is Coronado Island which is the safest and the cleanest beach around. It also has a great dog beach. Coronado Island is charming with lots of great restaurants and boutiques. We have a propane fire pit and grill dedicated solely to the cottage. We do allow pets but I am so sorry, no cats. I am extremely allergic and worry about future tenants coming in after a cat who are allergic.
