Spacious back house studio with shared yard in central San Diego, close to all local hospitals. We are a nurse couple living in the front house with a shared yard. The Casita has its own separate entrance to the yard as well as to the unit. The unit has a large, fully stocked kitchen with a full size refrigerator and plenty of storage/pantry space. Newly renovated and furnished, this studio comes with a queen bed, desk area (perfect for your lap top and completing all those orientation modules!), a new love seat for relaxing and binge watching Netflix on your days off, and a cozy butcher block dinging counter perfectly set up for dinner for two. Laundry is in a separate room, just steps away, off of the shared yard and can be used at your convenience. Our Casita has all the amenities you need for a cozy, relaxing time in San Diego.
