Mini split located in living room and bedroom. There is a private entrance to the unit through the side gate. Utilities included (Gas, water, electricity, and internet). No smoking. Just a 15 minute drive from the beaches, downtown and Balboa Park, our neighborhood is the perfect home base for your San Diego adventures. The unit is clean and well appointed to provide you with a comfortable experience for an extended stay. We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood in Clairemont Mesa with plenty of street parking for your vehicle. Please note that we do have 2 dogs that we let out into our backyard, but the main home backyard area is fenced off from the guest house.
