My home is a 1,200 sq. ft. corner-unit condo with breathtaking west, southwest & northwest views on the top floor of a 4-story mid-rise building at the top of Bankers Hill. I want you to feel like my place is your home away from home. It is a 5-10 minute walk down the hill to Little Italy neighborhood of restaurants, shops, & Saturday Farmers Market. If you're looking for a quieter location with views, the Bankers Hill neighborhood is desirable. See the pictures I posted to give you a sense of my location. Two people can both have their own spaces -- bedroom and bathroom ensuite, while sharing the great room (living/dining/kitchen) and main outdoor deck. I've given you interior pictures from the great room (living/dining room/kitchen), both bedrooms & both bathrooms. Also, there are several exterior pictures to give you a sense of the outdoor views. From the wrap-around L-shaped deck located directly off the living room with views to the south, southwest, & north. You overlook the San Diego Harbor, Pacific Ocean, Coronado, Pt. Loma & you will be 1 block north of the approach path to San Diego International Airport. It is exciting to watch the planes landing from your 4th-floor vantage point! On the main, larger deck, there is a Traeger barbecue, deck seating for 4, and a bistro table for outdoor dining. There is a 2nd, smaller, covered deck off the master bedroom where you have views similar to those on the main deck. It has a loveseat & coffee table where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea, or evening drink. The condo has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (shower/tub combos) and they have both white window shades and blackout curtains. Hardwood flooring throughout. Full-sized washer/dryer is located in a closet off the kitchen. In living room, 48-inch Roku TV. There is "blazing fast internet" provided by Google's WebPass. Lots of books, too, if you enjoy reading. Parking - located directly across from the elevator -- in the gated garage of the condo building -- are 2 assigned parking spaces #8 & 9 you may use during your stay. As a fellow traveler who uses Furnished Finders to identify my own temporary housing, I am familiar with & sensitive to the variability in amenities offered by landlords at other properties. Thus, I set my own home up so that you can arrive and have immediate access to a wide range of amenities. You'll find coffee, assorted teas to welcome you. I love to cook so my kitchen is fully-equipped - pots, pans, mixing bowls, salt, pepper, & several other herbs & spices, silverware for 8, plates/bowls, etc., blender, drip coffee pot, full-size refrigerator, full-size washer & dryer in a closet located next to the kitchen. Comfortable beds, pillows, & sheets; towels & starter items (shower gel, hand soap, hand lotion, cotton circles & Q-tips for make-up removal). There is a HVAC system that provides air conditioning & heating options. Also, I have an electric fireplace in the living room, which has ambiance only (fire only, no heat) or ambiance + heat option.

What makes my top-floor (4th floor) condo unique is there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, unparalleled views of the ocean, harbor & airport, 2 side-by-side parking spaces in the gated garage under the condo building, elevator access, and gym facility on property. Within walking distance of good restaurants, coffee spots, Little Italy, Balboa Park with museums & 3 theaters. Easy access to multiple freeways. 10-15 min drive to Pacific Beach, Coronado, Pt. Loma/Ocean. Neighborhood: Bankers Hill neighborhood is quiet & centrally located -- 6 blocks from Balboa Park (1,200 acres of walking, museums, 3 performing arts theaters, 2 restaurants, coffee shops) & adjacent San Diego Zoo. Walk 5-15 mins to restaurants. Within 10 minutes drive to International Airport or Amtrak Santa Fe station downtown. 5-10 minute walk to Little Italy district with its restaurants, shops & Saturday Farmers' Market, less than 1 mile from downtown San Diego, 15-minute drive to Coronado & The Hotel Del Coronado.
