The kitchen is crafted for convenience. Cooks can prep food while catching up on their favorite TV shows. Appliances include an InstaPot, food processor, mixer, and high-speed blender. There are baking dishes, pots of all sizes, a wide array of cooking utensils, dried spices, and condiments. The bedrooms are designed for restful, deep sleep. They feature high-quality mattresses, blackout curtains, soft bedding, and plentiful closet space. The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bath, a TV, a walk-in closet, and a sliding door that leads to the private back patio. The middle bedroom features a queen bed and ample closet space for clothing. The front bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king bed with a plush mattress topper (provided.) There is also a comfortable twin mattress topper and bedding for the couch. The living space was created for relaxation and social interaction with a West Elm sofa, an ottoman, a large Roku TV, and a dining table that seats six people comfortably. An open layout between the kitchen and living space enables hosts to interact with family and friends while prepping and cooking meals. The private back patio boasts a dining table for six with a Sunbrella, and a Weber Genesis BBQ. Pet owners will appreciate the dog run and pee pad on the side/back of the duplex and the doggie flap in the sliding screen door that leads from the kitchen to the back patio. A large dog kennel can be provided upon request. A private laundry room with extra storage, an adjustable standing desk, a fenced, gated, and beautifully landscaped front yard (shared with the unit next door), an off-street parking spot + free 24/7 street parking, beach gear, board games, and office supplies are added details and amenities that make this place a perfect home away from home. With regards to street parking, in the evenings, it is sometimes necessary to park several houses down. For $200/month a garage can be provided with a door that accesses the unit's private back patio. When it comes to convenience, this location is hard to beat! Located one exit south of La Jolla, next to Pacific Beach, a mile from Mission Bay and a trolley station. There is a private back patio with a laundry room providing extra storage space. The twin beds in the front BR can be converted into a king-size bed. Neighborhood: Bay Park is a safe, quiet, & convenient San Diego neighborhood just one exit south of La Jolla, above Pacific Beach. Walk to parks, YMCA Skate Park, a public pool, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga studios, Sprouts, & more. Just a 10-15 min drive to Beaches, The Zoo, Seaworld, Downtown, Little Italy, Del Mar, Coronado, & other popular neighborhoods. The Naval Base, hospitals, colleges, & universities are a 10-15 min drive. Interstate 5, two trolley stations, & Mission Bay are one mile away.
