The main living space upstairs includes a full kitchen, dining area, living room, workstation, one bedroom, and the homes only full bathroom. Coastal textures, eclectic dcor, and a hand-painted sky mural featuring a seagull and Ocean Beachs iconic parrot bring a subtle nautical atmosphere into the home. The artwork, painted by my father, adds warmth and personality without overwhelming the space. A futon in the living area provides additional flexibility if needed. Downstairs, near the garage, is a separate sleeping area with bunk beds, a sink, and access to the washer and dryer. This space offers added privacy for visiting family or guests while remaining part of the same enclosed property. Outside, the fully gated yard includes an outdoor dining area, an outdoor shower for post-beach days, and space to unwind. The home includes garage parking for one vehicle, an additional parking space in front, and secure, coded entry.
