The house is located in Carmel Valley, a desirable, safe, quiet neighborhood with quick easy freeway access. Close by are grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Also nearby is Del Mar Beach, Solana Beach and UCSD. One Paseo, a village style shopping center with shops and restaurants is within walking distance. A small park overlooking the water is down the street, great for walking and sunsets. Bike paths, Bay club and other recreational facilities nearby.

The space

Your room is a 300sq ft, light filled primary bedroom with a high ceiling, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and large sliding glass doors to the outside patio that can be used as a private entrance if preferred. There's convenient street parking right in front. Bedrooms are separated on opposite sides of the house affording a quiet space. Owner I'm friendly and easy going but also love time to myself so you'll have plenty of privacy.
