Very close to downtown, the beaches and Sea World. Very easy freeway access. Open living room and kitchen with plenty of natural lighting. Happy and healthy plants welcome you home. Full kitchen with appliances, dishes, and cookware. Washer/Dryer in unit. 1200 sq ft. 2 bed/2bath unit. Enjoy the Sea World fireworks from the balcony (seasonal). Comfortable patio table and swivel chairs to enjoy the SD weather. Walking distance to Orange Theory, Starbucks, restarants and our local grocery store. Pet friendly (additional fees apply). The TV doesn't have live TV/cable, it has a Roku. Household cleaning supplies provided. Initial paper towel and toilet paper provided but additional will need to be purchased for your stay. Extra bath towels, sheet and blankets are on the hallway closet in addition to beach/pool towels. There are 2 pools you can use if you wish. One is directly in front on the condo and the other is down the street behind the clubhouse. The larger pool down the street has the hot tub and a large grass area. The pool FOB is required for entry to both gated areas and there is a $250 fee if lost. No smoking. Tenant/Landord lease agreement is required to appease my HOA. If violation of HOA/tenant agreement, you will vacate the premises without refunds. Be courteous to the neighbors: No loud noise after 9pm please. Keypad entry. Your unique code will be sent to your group prior to your arrival. If for any reason the code does not work, I do have a lock box with a key as a backup. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PETS 1. Dogs must be leashed at all times 2. Cats shall be kept indoors. They are not permitted to roam the Community. 3. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pet waste bags are available at Pet Waste Stations. 4. Do not let pets defecate or urinate on patios. 5. Excessive barking is not permitted at any time within the Community. SWIMMING POOLS / SPA 1. All persons using the pools and spa do so at their own risk. Please be advised there is no lifeguard on duty and residents will be responsible for the actions of themselves and their guests. 2.Tenants are responsible for any damage or misconduct attributable to their tenants and guests, both financially and personally. 3. Pool Hours: 7:00 a.m. 10:00 p.m. Sunday Thursday (or as posted) 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Friday & Saturday (or as posted) Quiet hours are before 10:00 a.m. and after 9:00 p.m. 4. No more than four (4) guests per unit and tenant will be responsible for all conduct and behavior of guest. 5. Please be thoughtful and considerate of your neighbors. General rules of good conduct should be observed at all times. Unsafe or offensive conduct is prohibited. This includes no running, pushing, cannon-balling, splashing or boisterous behavior in the pool or spa areas. 6. Children under the age of 14 years are not allowed in pool or spa area without adult who is capable of swimming present. 7. Animals are not allowed in the pool/spa area.
