Retreat to our quiet neighborhood after a sunny day in San Diego to relax in your private patio or take a walk to a coffee shop, local brewery, market, and/or restaurants only blocks away. The Casita is a separate unit on the back of our property, the access to it is off the ally that runs behind all of the houses on our block. There are a handful of houses that use the ally as their parking as well. The unit is a little over 800 square feet with two rooms. One room has 1 king size bed and a large walk in closet and the other room has 1 queen size bed and a normal closet. The bathroom and kitchen are small and off the living quarters. There is a small patio off the living area that has a cozy patio set and umbrella and lots of flowers. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.
