This is a newly renovated cottage. It is a separate house that is secure with private entrance, designated off-street parking and outdoor sitting areas. Fully furnished with with new AC and heating. The main house is across the courtyard separated by a fence. Laundry is shared between the two houses. It is a quiet street but you can walk to the heart of North Park within a few minutes.

The space

Washer and dryer are shared between the main house and the cottage. It is located a few feet from the house you will be in. Neighborhood: Popular North Park / University Hts. neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee houses, breweries and wineries. It is walkable and bike friendly. We are within a few miles of four of San Diego's major freeways. 6 miles to the airport. 2 miles to Balboa Park and the SD Zoo and Museums. 8 miles to the beach. 6 miles to downtown. You can be in L.A., Big Bear, Anza Borrego and Mexico in an hour or two.
