The vibe inside is clean and straightforward, with updates throughout and all the essentials covered. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and standard closets; one even features a mirrored closet door. The third bedroom features a full-sized bed and ample closet space. The shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a single sink vanity. The living area is cozy, with an L-shaped grey couch, coffee table, side chairs, and a small dining table for two. There's a TV and Wi-Fi already set up, and all utilities are included, so you can just move in and start relaxing. The kitchen is fully stocked with a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and everything you need to cook at home. Laundry is easy with a washer and dryer right in the unit, and pets are welcome (just with a fee). Outside, the private, partially enclosed patio is one of the best parts of the space. It boasts a great ambiance, a brand-new Weber BBQ, and a table perfect for outdoor meals or relaxing evenings. You'll also have one off-street parking spot, and there's usually plenty of space on the street too. Whether you're heading to the beach, exploring Sunset Cliffs, grabbing groceries, or hopping on the freeway, you're in a super convenient spot without the noise and traffic of being right on the coast. The space

This part of San Diego is situated between Point Loma and Mission Bay, providing quick access to beaches, coastal trails, and downtown. The area feels more laid-back and residential, with numerous low-traffic streets and secluded parks. There's a mix of older homes and updated places, and you're only a few minutes from Sunset Cliffs and Ocean Beach. It's also conveniently located near shopping and dining options along Sports Arena Boulevard and Rosecrans Street.
