This home is COZY, PRIVATE, and SAFE! We built and designed this guesthouse with privacy and comfort in mind. Each decision was made imagining that it was a home our loved ones or even we would love to live! Enter through a private gate entrance. Keypad entry on your front door. Enjoy you own sunny outdoor space in a fenced yard with space for relaxing or eating outdoors. The guesthouse is also equipped with a whole house water filtration and softener. The living room is cozy for lounging or reading. Enjoy a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking and has plenty of storage for groceries. There is also a dining area where you can eat or work. The bedroom is outfitted with blackout shades so that you can maximize rest (in case you are working overnight shifts)... or you just want to sleep in. We picked an extra comfy bed and have supplied extra bedding and bath linens. Nothing like doing laundry in the comfort of your home! We have a stackable washer dryer in the house. There is also plenty of closet storage to unpack and store all your belongings. The house is stocked with cleaning supplies for your convenience and we also offer 1x/month cleaning. You can schedule a day/time for your place to get cleaned and come home to a fresh house and clean sheets. And... you can't beat the location. You'll be centrally located and close to all the great places San Diego has to offer without the noise and crowding of a more urban neighborhood. Our Allied Gardens neighborhood is known for it's friendly and safe neighborhood feel. You'll be just miles from San Diego's best hikes, beaches, and eateries. We've also curated a guest book with recommendations for all San Diego's must do and see spots so you get insider tips from some San Diego natives. You'll be able to enjoy your privacy but we're always available to make sure that your stay is comfy, convenient, and enjoyable. We can't wait to host you.
