Neighborhood: Guest house in quiet & lovely suburban Rancho Penasquitos neighborhood. Enter through a private Cul de sac, plenty of parking infront of unit. Easy access to the 15 & 56 freeways. Driving distances to nearby attractions- beach access to Torrey Pines State Beach in as a little as 13 min (9 miles), UC San Diego in La Jolla within 15 min (13 miles), downtown San Diego 23 min (19 miles) & San Diego International Airport 26 min (21 miles). There is plenty to do in San Diego, we would be happy to recommend!
