Includes a private patio outside the lrg bedroom. An easy Uber to all attractions; excellent wifi (we've worked remote for years without issue). Tenant is welcome to borrow camping & outdoor gear--explore Anza Borrego (1.5 hrs away); Joshua Tree (3 hrs). Tenants are 20 min away if anything is needed :).

The space

Recently installed A/C that works great. Bi-weekly house cleaner included. Utilities including internet, garbage and water are included. Electricity is capped at $150, with an overage deducted from the deposit. We've never exceeded this amount, and we can provide monthly averages (This is simply to ensure mindful usage). Small enclosed patio entry, dedicated parking, and patio outside of bedroom. PLEASE NOTE: the 2nd bedroom is setup as an office space with a couch and double desk (no bed).
