Two bedrooms, each has a Queen sized bed and two full baths (one en-suite) with tub/shower combo in each, and an additional third (1/2) bathroom downstairs. Great living room with kitchen/dining area separated by a bar area. Small, friendly, quiet complex with seven (7) units on each side (the complex has two sides, so 14 units total). Amenities: furnished, equipped, fast-speed wired and wireless WIFI, 3 TVs with Rokus/Amazon sticks and lots of apps & channels, water, garbage and HOA maintenance included, BBQ, fireplace, washer and dryer in unit, reserved parking space, nice little outdoor patio with plants, etc. Terms: one month or longer (three to six months preferable), completely clean air (no smoking); $3,495 including dedicated parking space. All utilities, WIFI, etc. included. Only gas & electric (w/discount) paid by Tennat, based on presented SDG&E bills. Can accommodate up to four people. Will consider family of four, but rent may be slightly higher. Small dogs & cats OK up to 40 lbs total, as the HOA has a limit. Pet deposit, $200. I require first month's rent + 1 month's rent cleaning and security deposit for move-in (negotiable). A townhouse means it's on the first AND second floor.
