Our mid century California beachy complex includes 14 units. There are no short term rentals allowed in the building. Mid term and long-term tenants live alongside long term owners. Each unit has a balcony or patio and the common space includes a small lawn and interior bamboo filled courtyard or patio to enjoy outdoor living.

The space

Open, Airy, Condo in a quiet, small building just a block and a half from all that Mission Bay has to offer. The Crown Point neighborhood is walkable and bike-able. In the case you do need a car, the unit includes two parking spaces (tandem). The Living Room and Kitchen are open and spacious. There is a very large storage closet next to the front door that was designed to house bikes, surf boards etc. The two bedrooms are nearly equal size and the bathroom includes a pocket door for functionality. Neighborhood: Crown Point is a peninsula neighborhood, including restaurants, and coffee, shops that sticks out into Mission Bay. The still-waters of Mission Bay are ideal for paddle boarding, swimming, and boating! A block and a half from the condo is the entrance to Crown Point Shores, an expansive bayside park including grass fields, picnic areas, a basketball court, playground and beach with bonfire pits. The Bayside walk is a paved path that enables biking, running, or walking around the bay and to Mission Beach.
