The best part about this spot is that it is in a very popular area close to the bay and the ocean is not far away (it's a 10 minute bike ride). Walking distance to several restaurants and market/liquor store and CrownPoint Coffee/sandwich shop. It's very quiet inside the studio and is well equipped with all you need to cook and bathe and sleep. It was just remodeled and done in December so it's fresh, modern and perfect for someone here with a suitcase that enjoys the outdoors and beach area.

The space

This is a nice quiet private space detached from the front house. Private patio with fire pit table and a couple Adirondack chairs, and umbrella. The only shared spaces are the barbecue which is in the separate fenced area for both house and studio tenants use, and the washer and dryer behind the studio in the new big shed. Laundry soap and bleach provided. So close to the beautiful bay to view the sunset or take a walk or bike ride. Neighborhood: Close to the bay, restaurants and markets walking distance. This is mostly a residential area and very popular. Close proximity to the ocean but not as crowded and just a quick bike ride away.
