It's a short walk to the best food & entertainment in Hillcrest & North Park, and a quick drive to everywhere in San Diego including the beach. It's super close to three major hospitals as well as a mile from Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and craft breweries on University Avenue. Small dogs only please.
