Cute condo next to the lively North Park area of San Diego. Very central location, about 10-15 mins to the beach (W), downtown (S), La Jolla (N), and east county (E). Zoo and Balboa Park are about 5 minutes away. Condo has a fireplace, washer/dryer, and one onsite parking space. Usually there is street parking available as well. My home is very private, with a long driveway into the complex off the main street, where you can park. A small community park is behind my home, with a playground, picnic areas, and playing fields, so my back windows look out to greenery, not other homes. I'm in a small condo development of only 5 units, and the neighbors are all very friendly. My condo is family friendly, and on a residential street. My whole home is available for your use (less one locked room of the 3 bedroom condo). Fully stocked kitchen, dining area, master bedroom with full bath/shower, guest bedroom, 2nd full bathroom with bath/shower, and a lovely living room area with fireplace, and a couch that can be slept on (or use the twin air mattress there instead). I do allow tenants to have one small pet, and I have a nice cat tree for cats to play on. If you are allergic to cats, this may not be the place for you. My homeowners association requires that anyone who leases my unit sign a rental agreement, so I will need you to sign a basic one (echoing the AirBnB agreement) and agree to following the HOA CC&Rs.
