Located in a quiet residential area of Pacific Beach, the condo offers easy access to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, fitness studios, and everything San Diego has to offer. The space The open living area is designed for comfort, with plenty of space to spread out, unwind, and settle in for an extended stay. Large windows bring in natural light, while air conditioning, comfortable seating, and smart TVs help make the space feel welcoming and functional. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking at home, and the tropical shared courtyard features outdoor dining areas, BBQ access, and a colorful mural that gives the property a fun coastal personality. There is one on-site parking spot. It is best for a compact car. If your car doesn't fit, street parking is very easy to find within 1-2 blocks of the apartment. On holidays and summer weekends, you may have to park 3-5 blocks away. ***Please note*** We have a zero tolerance for noise violations. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. No guests are allowed at the property without prior approval. All guests must leave the property during quiet hours. (Guests = people not on the reservation.) Absolutely No Smoking on Property!!! Air Conditioning is a unit located in the main living area. With the use of fans, it keeps the condo cool most of the year. It can still sometimes get hot during a heat wave. There are heaters in all rooms There is heating in all rooms. Rent for Summer/Late Spring months is higher if booked without 4-6 months lease. Booking summer months only is June - $5,200 July - $6,000 August - $5,200 September - $4,800 No smoking allowed. No dogs allowed that bark a lot Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. SDG&E is covered up to $100/month. Any charges above that amount will be charged to the tenants. OR... you can put the SDG&E under your name and the rent will be reduced to $125/month. End of stay cleaning charge taken from security deposit.
