This stylish cottage is a new build with all new appliances and furnishings. Located at the end of a long driveway with it's own private entrance. The unit has windows front and back to let in the San Diego sunshine and has a very large furnished patio space complete with furniture and a wonderful view of the canyon. The kitchen has two barstools for counter dining. The livingroom features a dedicated work space, desk and computer chair. The bedroom features black-out shades if you work nights or enjoy a good nap! The unit is fully funished, no additional furniture is permitted without approval. The space is designed as temporary housing and therefore storage is limited, please keep that in mind when packing. There is a full size closet adaquate for two people and a 3 drawer dresser. One overnight visitor permitted for a max of four days per month. No more than two occupants at any time, no exceptions, the space is just too small! Recent upgrades include a very comfy reclining sofa with USB ports for your devices. Climate control is provided with a new in-ceiling mini-split with heat and air and a celing fan over the bed. The sliding door to the bedroom leads to the spacious patio and dining space. The neighborhood is very safe and there is always adaquate street parking directly outside the property unlike many San Diego City neightborhoods. Grocery stores, trendy restaurants and breweries are only a 5 minute drive away in Kensignton.

This fully furnished and well equipped unit has everything you need for an extended stay. The unit accommodates one person or a couple comfortably. Washer/dryer in unit. Beautiful private and fully fenced patio with view of the canyon, with dining table and outdoor seating. NO ADDITIONAL FURNITURE PERMITTED. The space is designed as a midterm temporary housing and therefore storage is somewhat limited, Full-size closet and 2 dressers in unit. Neighborhood: Talmadge in mid-city San Diego is a sought after and peaceful residential neighborhood located close to everything the City has to offer. Close to several hospitals, SDSU, the eateries, markets and bars of Kensington and Normal Heights are only a 5 minute drive. Gem Coffee shop and Clems Tap house and coffe are both within walking distance, what else do you need?
