The building features one assigned parking space but street parking is also available for additional guests. There is a communal locked storage room with bike racks for locking bicycles and scooters. 2 bicycles included with the rental. There is also a community laundry room with paid machines. The rates are far better than the laundromat and you can pay buy app (no quarters!) The location is central to the historic communities of North Park, Hillcrest, and University Heights. Walk or bike to some of San Diegos best bars and restaurants, the Zoo and Balboa Park, farmers markets, and boutiques. There is something for everyone!
