The entrance to the casita is separate from the home and can be easily accessed after walking through the backyard. The backyard was recently upgraded and includes new pavers and artificial turf. Lush landscaping includes mature trees, fruit trees, and outdoor lighting. There are a variety of seating areas in the backyard available for use during your stay. This is a great location for traveling nurses or other medical professionals, there are several hospitals close by. Proximity to SDSU makes this location also advantageous for professors or students.

The space

This welcoming casita has many amenities: downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower, and a bedroom with an armoire with shelving and space to hang clothes. The loft upstairs is a living room space with a couch and large screen TV. The stackable washer dryer is located in the downstairs hallway along with extra storage cabinets and shelves. There are nice views of SDSU and canyons via the upstairs window, as well as views of the backyard from the first floor.
