The eco friendly open living area includes a full kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, full size fridge, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker, dining table with 2 stools, sofa that reclines into a twin bed, and side table, smart TV, AC unit, and washer/dryer unit. The bedroom includes a queen bed with 4 pillows and a down blend comforter, two nightstands, and lamps with smart phone charger outlets. Theres a large closet with a tall dresser, luggage rack, Wooden hangers, and iron and ironing board. The bathroom has a shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer.

This Guest Casita is located in the back of my private gated property with its own key lockbox. It is quiet and comfortable yet walkable to all that North Park has to offer Neighborhood: Northpark is a vibrant, popular, walkable neighborhood, inclusive of many restaurants, bars and coffee shops. It is close to everything San Diego has to offer. It borders beautiful Balboa Park with gardens and athletic fields as well as 19 museums.
