About Us We are a family of four who live in the main house. My wife and I are both in healthcare. I am a clinical pharmacist for UCSD and my wife is a marriage and family therapist. We have two young kids 5 yo and 3.5 yo. I have been renting spaces on furnished finders to healthcare professionals for many years. I've had great experiences getting to know so many people. We love the traveling healthcare community. About this space Cozy guest-studio in the Roseville neighborhood of Point Loma. While located in a residential area, we are within walking distance to top rated restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Conveniently 5 minutes from San Diego International Airport, Liberty Station, Stone Brewery and Humphrey's By The Bay. Your private studio comes equipped with A/C, WIFI, TV and a fully stocked kitchen. This guest studio is located on the side of our family home and shares one wall with the main house. It is 400 sq ft in size. There is a side entrance and courtyard space that is semi-private. When you're outside, you may see us coming and going. The space is outfitted with a queen size bed, soft jersey sheets, an organic cotton duvet and extra soft throws to make your stay cozy. French doors and two large windows make for great natural lighting throughout the day. In the evening hours, all of the ceiling track lighting are on dimmers, so you can control the ambience. There is also an additional loft space that provides lots of storage Given that this is our home and we have neighbors nearby, we ask that you read and follow all house rules during your stay, including following noise limitation requests during the evening hours and early morning. Other things to note Basic cooking amenities are kept as well and if there is anything you would like to have in advanced, we'd be happy to gather it for you, just let us know.
