This is an awesome open, bright, clean, comfortable, space with wonderful furnishings, art, and every amenity you can imagine. And anything that is not here is a quick phone call away. The sofa is deeo and very very comfortable. All the beds have high quality mattresses. The livingroom floor and bedroom carpets are brand new. The kitchen cabinets are original and painted with granite countertops and newer stainless steal appliances. The washer and dryer are LG full size. The 4th bedroom is created in the garage space with regular walls, crown molding etc. and private door to the back patio which is nice personal space from the rest of the house. This has often been found to be the favorite bedroom for it's separation and privacy. The only downside is that it must be passed through to reach the laundry.

The space

Beautiful quiet neighborhood in central San Diego in walking distance to Olive Grove Park with childnrens' playground, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, picnic tables and shaded grassy areas for hanging out to picnic or read. Also in walking distance the opposite direction to Target, Vons, Sprouts, Chic FilA, Panera, Sushi restaurant, sports bars, excellent vegan etc etc etc. Just 15 minutes you can get to Beaches, La Jolla, Del mar, Poway, Downtown and the airport.
