The backyard includes a pool, BBQ, outdoor dining tables, greenhouse, and multiple seating areas for relaxing. The Neighborhood: Outside, youre steps away from two neighborhood parks. In addition to walkable access to UTC, a five-minute walk gets you to the Renaissance shopping center with a number of shops including a Peets Coffee, CVS drugstore and several restaurants. A playground, public athletic field and public library are a 3-minute drive away. We dont allow parties, large gatherings or loud music outside. There is no smoking allowed inside the house.
