The pictures DO NOT do it justice! This single level cottage is behind the residence at 5528 Dalen Ave and has a private walkway. It is 6 years old and very well equipped. It has 2 TV's with Roku, wifi and a queen bed, night stands, dresser and full-size closet. The bath has loads of storage too. There is also a private patio are with table and chairs. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area and very close to the 5 freeway and La Jolla beaches. Very well-equipped and private.
