ADU · 550 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

The Hunter Lodge is a one bedroom additional dwelling unit (ADU) that was built on top of our existing garage in our backyard. We are located in Loma Portal which is centrally located to so many great places in San Diego. You are less than a 10 minute drive away from most of the desirable locations the City of San Diego has to offer. The unit is located upstairs (13 stairs to be exact) and is approximately 550 square feet with a small balcony for you to relax on. The unit was construction in 2021 and is fully furnished with a beach vibe. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, gas oven/stove, and microwave) with the basics for your dining convenience, granite counter tops with two stools, 1 HD Smart TV so you can log into your desired streaming service, great internet, electronic lock, leather sleeper sofa, reading bench/nook, and a California king bed. My family and I live in the main house on the property and will meet and greet you when you check in to make sure you have everything you need and show you the property. We look forward to meeting you and showing how wonderful our neighborhood and San Diego is! Please note that we do have a dog on the property and two little kids who like to use the backyard.
