This second floor unit has a living room, full sized kitchen, dining area, in unit washer/dryer, large bedroom, full bathroom, lots of windows and storage. The shared patio is perfect for AM coffee or watching Sea World fireworks. Steps to both the beach & the bay - a short walk to the delights of Mission Beach, yet quiet and chill. Biking distance to Sea World & Ocean Beach. Live like a local - grab a bike or just walk & people watch! Paddle board on the bay or explore Mission Beach on a bike. The boardwalk is just steps away. Check out great local restaurants, juice bars and coffee shops or enjoy happy hour at a nearby watering hole. Your beach oasis awaits. With air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite meals, prepare a picnic or mix a fun cocktail to enjoy while relaxing or BBQing on the patio. Centrally located with many cafes and restaurants within walking distance and only 1/2 mile to Historic Belmont Park, 1/4 mile to Pacific Beach, this is a great area to relax in anytime! Old style Mission Beach neighborhood with an uncrowded sandy bottom beach break straight out front. Rent a board around the corner or sign up for surf lessons across the street. Pets w/well behaved humans welcome! Neighborhood: Enjoy a slice of SoCal life at this iconic long sandy beach. This laid back beach town has almost two miles of beachfront boardwalk, lined with shops, bars, and restaurants. You can cycle or rollerblade down the boardwalk, relax on the beach, go for a swim or surf, and even have fun at an amusement park. The old-school Belmont Park is free to enter and has both retro and modern amusement rides, food stalls, and entertainment all year round. Whale-watching tours and fishing from the beach or jetty too!
