It comes with a 1 car parking spot right in front of the casita which is assigned exclusively for you, it is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer in a private back patio which has a sitting area where you can relax while reading a book or simply listen to the various birds that visit our back yard with all it's fruit trees. The Casita is very cozy and has plenty of charm, the bedroom has a brand new memory foam queen mattress with all brand new bedding. The bathroom has storage and plenty of new towels.
