This house is converted from previously being a garage but renovations are nicely done. It sits at the end of my driveway. It has its own backyard and it's completely fenced in perfect for your pet. Sports complex park across the street, YMCA (0.8 mile), library (0.8 mile) and San Diego downtown and airport (7 miles) Street parking only but you can park your car in my driveway during a trip or so.

You walk into kitchen and living room with patio doors opening up to the patio. Laundry next to it. Bed couch that fits 1-2 people in first room. The bedroom has a King size bed and desk space for your laptop. Closet and dresser to store your things. Bathroom with bathtub and shower head. Nice private yard with green ground cover and fruit trees.
