The unit has a gated and private outdoor patio area with its own laundry room. Utilities included are: water gas and electric and trash. This neighborhood is very walkable. Everyone who has stayed here has loved their time here.

The space

This is a fully appointed / furnished studio. All you need is to bring your suitcases and stop off at the grocery store. The property is not leased for less than 3 months at a time. The pet deposit is 250.00, your lease will be prorated for the actual days rented ( meaning if you move in on the middle of the month then you will pay approximately 15 days, and the same goes for the end of your lease).
