Our large, bright, immaculate, fully furnished studio is located in the desirable neighborhood of Little Italy. Its close proximity to many restaurant/bars, Saturday & Wednesday farmers market, beaches, hiking, medical facilities, freeways, nightlife, SD International Airport, travel hotspots & shopping, make this a wonderful home away from home. This spacious 675 sq. foot studio has 1.5 Bathrooms, high ceilings and is surprisingly quiet for city living. It has been recently redecorated and has a newer refrigerator/dishwasher. This studio has city views, a peak of the bay view and airplanes coming in for a landing (from a quiet distance) ...all from the 8th floor balcony. It has a comfortable full-sized Murphy bed (just under a Queen) that can convert to a large dedicated workspace. There is also a smaller desk available. The modern couch also folds down to an XL twin size bed for the occasional guest, with bedding provided as well. There are remote control room-darkening blinds in this unit, an in-unit washer/dryer, storage closet and a large wall-unit wardrobe which has mirrored doors, a bathrobe, exercise equipment and tons of room! Wifi/Internet (high-speed), Roku TV, full utilities & kitchen/bath starter basics are included. The gated garage parking space can fit a compact or smaller sedan/suv. We provide 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, a beach umbrella, a rainy day umbrella, binoculars, smash ball paddles and a backpack cooler for your stay. This studio has been rated a 98/100 walking score.. a walkers paradise! Enjoy the weekly Farmers Market Saturday & Wednesday and the Hilton Carte Hotel right across the street, which has a rooftop bar, (Above AshSocial Rooftop Restaurant & Bar) awesome city views and typically has the Padres games playing on the big screen TV! They have a state-of-the-art gym (Fit Gym) and pool/hot tub, which would require a membership purchase or you can buy a day pass. The space

This unit could fit 1-2 people comfortably. It is a very walkable location, with high ceilings, amazing views, recently decorated, newer furnishings, recently added refrigerator and dishwasher, quiet when you need it to be and a short walk to the Little Italy Mercato Farmers Market, twice a week. It has a designated compact parking space in a secure garage, close to the freeway. This is not corporate owned, we only own this one unit, so you'll have our full attention!
