The casita is a space we dreamed, designed, and built as an additional home to share with family and the many travelers we love to welcome (home is fully permitted). Casita has it's own private entrance and balcony and is attached to our main home. While it remains fully private, we are able to assist if needed and encourage our guests to wave hello if you see us parking or grabbing the mail! The space is completely private and for our guest's enjoyment. A private gate leads inside a private outdoor space; landscaped pathway, mudroom with private storage and washer dryer. Second door leads into the unit (two points of security for our guest's safety and comfort) where you will find a custom built Spanish style staircase leading to the casita. Unit includes full kitchen with custom quartz counter tops and brand new appliances, bedroom/living area, private balcony with outdoor seating and full walk-in closet. The bathroom is built for luxury and features both standup shower and 71 inch soaking tub. We built and designed the space to be a true oasis for guests. Walk in closet features ample space, luggage storage, shoe racks and extra room for coats and a full wardrobe. Downstairs mudroom is full accessible for guests to use for bikes, surf boards, beach chairs and additional storage space. House is stocked with all amenities; pots, pans, coffee maker, dishes, wine glasses, iron and board, towels and extra blankets.

The space

Sunset casita was designed, built and FULLY furnished to create a peaceful home away. We welcome traveling professionals and all mid-term guests looking for place to call home temporarily. The casita is completely private, 750 sq ft of open and airy space plus two private outdoor spaces. Home has full kitchen w/brand new appliances, washer/dryer, A/C, full master bath with shower and soaking tub, walk in closet and is luxuriously furnished.
