There are two master bedrooms, full size Kitchen , Washer Dryer, dedicated parking, small Den/bedroom, one half bath, indoor and outdoor fireplace, smart tv in living room and high speed internet across all floors It's a very lively neighbourhood with all restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks, grocery stores, beach, bay within walking distance. Extremely safe. G3 kids , 24x7 fitness and many other fitness clubs, yoga clubs are all within walking distances. The Fit Gym and Plunge swimming at mission beach and arcade games, is 20-25 mins walk or 10-15 mins via bike or 10 mins via car. The bus stops are within 5 mins walk. you can take the bus or drive to Balboa Avenue Trolley train station (10 mins drive with free parking) and take the trolley train to many places like La Jolla, UCSD, Old Town, Gas Lamp Downtown, Mexico border and many other places. Please note: We do consider allowing only 1 pet (dogs only) subject to good reviews and few terms and conditions. So please do not hesitate to ask. There is no central AC but we have central heating and fireplace in living room and deck. Every room has ceiling fans and portable heaters (in case you don't want to turn on central heater). We also provide portable AC upon request We request our guests to respect neighbors and maintain quite hours from 10:00 Pm to 8:00 AM.
