The outdoor space is a highlight, with a lovely balance of sun and shade and frequent visits from birds, butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds. A friendly 55-lb Labrador lives on the property. The home is unpretentious, well cared for, and thoughtfully maintained, ideal for renters who appreciate a quieter, more natural atmosphere rather than a high-traffic or luxury setting. Overall, this is a calm, restorative space that feels lived-in and genuine, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful place to land while staying connected to the city (15 mins to Downtown, 20 mins to beach). Professional house cleaning is available for your space if you choose to have it. Optional service is provided every two weeks by an outside cleaner and is included in the rent. Cleaning includes the bathroom, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and taking out trash. Dogs are welcome upon approval. We will introduce our dogs in advance to ensure they get along. Cats are not permitted due to allergies. If interested, were open to exchanging dog walking or care, and will coordinate a shared schedule for cleaning up after our pets.
